Subterranean Spa celebrated its grand opening at 40 South Market St., Lower Level, Elizabethtown, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce on Friday, Sept. 13.
Subterranean Spa is an Elizabethtown-based holistic spa focused on relaxation and wellbeing.
“Opening a spa like Subterranean has always been a dream of mine,” manager Monica Lyons said. She has worked in the beauty and medical industry for almost 20 years; the last five years have been as a licensed massage therapist.
“I believe in creating a safe, professional, nurturing space for my clients to feel their best,” Lyons said. “I use the most pure, natural, organic ingredients that I have access to, and create as many of my products as possible so I know that my clients and myself are never exposed to any harmful chemicals and preservatives. This includes organic coconut oil used in body scrubs, organic hemp seed oil used in the formula for massage oil, and a myriad of other natural organic products used for the many other services.”
The spa offers therapeutic massage, facials, body scrubs, reiki, reflexology, and other services that will be offered on a limited basis. The first such service to be announced will be the pumpkin spice facial, scrub and body wrap.
The company is owned by Bridget Grant of InkCredible Outcomes and is managed by Lyons. Anyone who wants more information about Subterranean Spa may visit the website https://inkcredibleoutcomes. com/subterraneanspa/ or call 717-725-3297.
