Elizabethtown Area Communities That Care plans to host a presentation on opioids in the workplace. The event is designed to inform local business owners and human resource executives about the challenges associated with employees who may be dealing with addiction to opioids or other substances. The event will take place Thursday, May 17, from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., at the Masonic Conference Center—Patton Campus, 1244 Bainbridge Road, Elizabethtown.
Speakers Include Jack Sodak, Director of Outpatient, Services, Retreat; Honorable Judge David Ashworth, Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas; Jennifer Craighead Esq., Barley Snyder Attorneys at Law; and Scott Theurer of T.W. Ponessa & Associates Counseling Services.
